solving visualized problems
English translation for my english speaking audience (Jari - thanks for the request).

MindManager can be used to visualize and to solve problems as can be seen in this example:
The planning of workspaces for a project team that has two rooms with a certain number of tables each and 6 team members with their specific roles.

Dependencies between the team members exist due to their roles.
The project manager (Projektleiter) and his deputy (stellvertretender Projektleiter) should best be seated in different rooms.

That dependency should best be marked by a green topic connector since this connector will span between different rooms and thus will be very prominent. The green color (of this then long connector) signalizes that that is OK.
The specialist for a certain topic (Themenspezialist) and his apprentice (Lehrling) will need to work in the same room. Therefor I use a red connection since that will clearly show if the two are in different rooms and you won´t like a long red connector in your map.

Die jeweils für ein Thema Verantwortlichen kann man wenn möglich dann noch in der Nähe des Projektleiters unterbringen.

Topic specialists may be placed in the same room with the project leader for quicker access.

And now the map has all the information that you need to solve the problem visually – just watch the video :
Video here in full quality for download (19 MB).
